About the apartments

Our guest house is located on the second coastline in a respectable area of Minsk, on Podolsky Lane, just a few minutes from the picturesque Tsnyansky Reservoir and forest. Here, clean air, greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere create ideal conditions for relaxation, work, and family time.

After a recent renovation, the house has been transformed into a modern and cozy space with four separate rooms, three bathrooms, and well-designed infrastructure. At your disposal are new furniture and appliances, underfloor heating, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, automatic heating, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests particularly appreciate the spacious kitchen-living room with professional equipment, a banquet hall for 12 people with exquisite German tableware, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a study, as well as a well-kept area with a barbecue zone, guest house (gazebo), summer kitchen, and the opportunity to relax in the sauna or refresh yourself in the pool.

Parking for four cars, proximity to shops, medical centers, restaurants, and convenient transport links make living here even more comfortable. And walking distance to the reservoir, beaches, bike paths, and forest turns every day into a little adventure.

The apartments are located just 300 meters from the beach area of the Qian Lake Reservoir (second coastline). A short walk along a picturesque forest path will take you to an equipped beach with sun loungers, cozy cafes, and barbecue areas. By the way, we provide towels so you don't have to bring them from home!
